International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to delivery addresses within India.

Order Changes and Cancellation: We understand that plans may change. For Cash on Deliver Orders Before dispatching your order, a member of our team will reach out to confirm the details. At this time, you can request changes or proceed with the cancellation of your order. For Prepaid Orders Please Mail us on support@allurehook.com before dispatched the order.

Note : changes or cancellations can only be made before the order is dispatched.

Additional Policies: We currently do not offer refunds. However, product exchanges are allowed. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our policy. If you wish to exchange the same product you ordered, please note that an additional charge of Rs 99 will be incurred upon product delivery. We value your cooperation.
