Shipping Information

At Allure Hook, we prioritize timely and secure product delivery, utilizing a reliable network of couriers. Usually, it takes 3 to 5 days for delivery.
Free shipping is available on all Prepaid orders.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are determined by the product and destination. Details are provided during the checkout process.
Stay informed with timely notifications via text, email, or other channels, providing details about the delivery partner and tracking ID.
One of our team members will call you before sending the parcel. At that time, you can cancel the order.
For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made at the time of delivery. Open packages only after payment.

In case of a payment failure, any debited amount will be automatically reversed by the respective bank within a specified timeframe.

Return & Exchange

We are committed to providing 100% customer satisfaction and are accountable for providing you guys with the best-finished goods. If you are still unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you can Exchange the product to us within 7 days from the delivery date,
We currently don't offer refunds. However, product exchanges are allowed. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation with our policy.
