What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We at Allure hook know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.

Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 3-5 workings days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Free shipping is available on Prepaid Order

Do you apply any shipping charges?

We provide free shipping on all Prepaid orders. If you choose COD payment method, there are nominal cash collection chargers Rs. 49 for every product.

How Can I Cancel My Order

Yes, you may cancel a partial order before the order is processed. Before dispatched your order our Team Member will call you to Confirm Your address and that time you can raise Cancel Request.

Cash on Delivery Policy

As per the Cash on Delivery policy:
• You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.
• If the product is open, do not accept the order.
• No credit/debit cards are accepted in Cash on Delivery

Is it safe to shop online if I make payment using net banking, Debit card, or Credit Card?

We have trusted and secured payment gateways. It is completely secure to pay online via Credit Card, Debit Card and net banking transactions.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept Master/Visa credit cards and all major Debit Cards. We also have an option of net banking and Cash on Delivery for our customers.

What should I do if my payment fails?

In case your amount has been debited after a payment failure, it is automatically reverse back by the respective bank within 7-10 business days.

Return & Refund

What is the Return Policy

We are committed to providing 100% customer satisfaction and are accountable for providing you guys with the best-finished goods. If you are still unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you can Refund/Exchange the product to us within 7 days from the delivery date, as per the terms and conditions mentioned below.

  • The product should not be tried on more than once after opening for trial
    purposes, should be unwashed. There should be no stains, marks, stitches and
    holes in the product(s), caused by the customer.
  • Product(s) should reach us in sellable condition, i.e., all tags and the original
    packaging should be intact and should be sent along with the product(s).
  • An email should be sent immediately in case of any issue with the product(s)
    after the product is received to our support email at Return@allurehook.com
  • All replacement/refunds will only be processed after the product(s) have been
    received by our team and have cleared the quality check.
  • The cash-on-delivery (COD) convenience charge would not be included in the
    the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
  • In case of an empty box or missing item upon delivery, the case should be
    registered within 24 hours of delivery or else the company has all the rights to
    reject the complaint.

For all returns, you can reach us using email at: Return@allurehook.com. We will arrange Pickup for You Our Courier Partner Will pick Product from You within 2-4 Days and please Provide a specific valid reason for your return.

Note: If the customer’s pin code is non-serviceable by our courier partners, then the customer is liable to self-ship the product should be Send on Following

NOTE-Please do not ship your product by post office. We will not be responsible for such products, only ship with a registered post and in case of self-shipment, the shipping charge will be borne by you.

How will i get Refund.? 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your Exchange/Refund

Your exchange order will be processed as soon as your return will reach our warehouse and your exchange order id will be shared with you.

Your refund will be done in the form of store credit which will be valid for lifetime, and you can use it whenever you further want to shop with us, you will Received a Coupon Code on Your Email id whenever you want to place order just Enter the Coupon Code at the Time of Checkout in Apply Coupon Section.
