What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We at Allure hook know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.
Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 3-5 workings days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept Master/Visa credit cards and all major Debit Cards. We also have an option of net banking and Cash on Delivery for our customers.
Cash On Delivery Policy
  • You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.
  • If the product is open, do not accept the order.
  • No credit/debit cards are accepted in Cash on Delivery
How Can I Cancel My Order
Yes, you may cancel a partial order before the order is processed. To cancel partial orders Click here and Reply Cancel. 

Refunds & Returns

What is your return policy?
Customers can return their order within 7 days after an order has been delivered The return can be done online from home.
The refund will be processed according to original mode of payment as per details given below.
  • Card/ Wallet/ UPI/ Netbanking: Directly credited to the original source of payment
  • Cash on delivery: Refund will be initiated once we receive the bank account details from the customer
How do I return my product?

We will arrange a pick-up within 2-3 days of your request.
Note : There are certain areas where we cannot provide a pick-up service. However, you can self-ship your product through any courier service, preferably Speed Post
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
How will I get my refund ?
Once Our courier partner will pick up the product from you within 3 days and shall process the refund once we receive the product in our warehouse.
The pickup to refund processing takes around 2 days. We will also send a confirmation email to you on refund processing.
